Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, help desk systems, or customer service tools.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a call center or tech support environment.
- Multilingual abilities (if required by the role or region).
- Familiarity with platforms like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, or Intercom.
