Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to provide top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, chat, and social media. The ideal candidate will be passionate about resolving customer issues, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
2. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to senior team members or management as needed.
3. Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products/services, pricing, and policies.
4. Utilize CRM software and other tools to manage customer interactions, track issues, and analyze trends.
5. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product development) to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
6. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge, communication skills, and industry expertise.
7. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and response time.

Requirements:

1. Graduate/ Undergraduate
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or support environment.
3. Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
5. Strong product knowledge and technical skills, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
6. Proficiency in CRM software, helpdesk tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
7. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, as required.
