We are Looking for a customer support executive for our Delhi (Patparganj Industrial Area) office.


Customer Support Executive


Language- Kannada, English , Hindi


Responsibilities -

1-Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates schedules.

2-Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times.

3-Place phone calls to potential clients from our computerized directory

4-Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers requests.

5-Generate sales leads per day.

6-Explain the products and services to clients and generate meetings and showroom visits from cold calling.

7-Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information

8-Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.


Skills-

Strong communication abilities
The capacity to adjust to challenging circumstances
Ability to listen and solve problems

Education- Graduation is mandatory


Location :- 328, First Floor Patparganj Industrial Area New Delhi 110091 (INDIA), Near Hyundai Showroom


Timing :- 10 AM to 7 PM ( 6 days working Wednesday would be fixed weekly off )

Only female candidates can apply.


Salary Package : 20000 - 35000 per month.
