Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction with our products and services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, helping them through phone, email, or chat channels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer support through various channels (phone, email, live chat, etc.)
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting, product information, and billing issues.
  • Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or team member.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns and improve processes.
  • Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while handling difficult situations or irate customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up to ensure issues are resolved.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers.
  • Meet or exceed performance goals, such as response times, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • Proficient in using customer support software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
  • A customer-focused attitude and a passion for helping others.
