Maintenance of branch and customer records
Ensure updating of receipts of the cash collected in branch
Ensure compliance to statutory requirements of the branch - registers and displays of charts/posters. Petty cash management key management.
Attend to queries of customers and ensure that timely response is provided
Ensure timely banking of cash
Ensure Compliance of cash receipting of field staff
Enable the branch meet the branch objectives of disbursement
Ensure disbursement management /Sticker Management
Use of different application to maintain branch
Repayment reminder calls to members
