Primary role
• AUDITING TRADING AND DEMAT ACCOUNT OPENING FORMS, MAKING ENTRIES INTO INTERNAL SYSTEMS FORWARDING TO HO FOR ACCOUNT ACTIVATION
• PAN APPLICATION AUDIT, ENTRIES INTO INTERNAL SYSTEM, SCANNING OF FORMSDOCUMENTS AND FORWARDING TO THE PROESSING COMPANY FOR FINAL PROCESSING
• AUDITING CUSTOMER ENROLLMENT FORMSMAKING ENTRIES INTO INTERNAL SYSTEMSFORWARDING TO HEADOFFICE FOR ENROLLMENT
• ASSISTING HEADOFFICE & INTERNAL DEPARTMENTS IN UPDATING PENDING TRANSACTIONS & UPDATING STATUS OF TRANSACTIONS
• INWARD & OUTWARD COURIER MANAGEMENT
• PETTY CASH MANAGEMENT
• ASSISTING & HANDLING WALKIN CUSTOMERS (PARTNERS)
