Job Description

Job Summary

The CRM Executive manages and optimizes customer relationship management systems, strategies, and campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and loyalty. This role involves cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making to deliver a seamless customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • CRM System Management & Optimization
  • Oversee CRM systems to ensure data accuracy, system performance, and smooth integration across business functions.
  • Strategic Campaign Design & Execution
  • Design and launch CRM campaigns, including segmentation, targeting, and performance tracking to enhance customer engagement.
  • Customer Data Analysis & Insights
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and behaviors, using insights to shape segmentation and engagement strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, customer service, and IT teams to align CRM initiatives and ensure cohesive customer communication.
  • Reporting & Performance Monitoring
  • Track and report CRM metrics—campaign effectiveness, retention, and customer loyalty—to drive continuous improvement.
  • Training & Support
  • Provide CRM training, documentation, and troubleshooting to users across departments.
  • Ensuring Regulatory Compliance
  • Make sure CRM practices comply with data protection regulations and maintain high data integrity.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience & Technical Expertise
  • Prior experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
  • Analytical skills with experience in segmentation, campaign performance analysis, and reporting.
  • Soft Skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management abilities.
  • Additional Assets
  • CRM certifications or training (e.g., Salesforce Administrator) and knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) can be beneficial.
  • Familiarity with AI-based personalization, marketing automation, and emerging CRM trends.
