The Cluster Lead Operations will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operational activities across Mumbai within a designated cluster. This role requires strategic planning, effective resource management, and process optimization to ensure operational excellence, efficiency, and the achievement of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
• Oversee daily operations across the assigned zone, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Manage and lead a team of operations managers, supervisors, and frontline staff.
• Implement operational strategies to improve productivity and service quality.
Performance Management:
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational effectiveness.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all operational processes.
Resource Management:
• Manage resource allocation, including manpower, equipment, and budgets.
• Ensure optimal utilization of resources to meet operational goals.
Compliance & Risk Management:
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
• Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (logistics, finance, HR, etc.) to support Operational Goals.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Reporting & Analysis:
• Prepare regular reports on operational performance, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
• Analyze data to make informed decisions and drive improvements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience (5+ years) in operations management, preferably in Ecommerce Health Sector (Warehouse Operations)
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and operational management tools/software. Skills:
