Key responsibilities

• Supervise formwork, shuttering, reinforcement and concrete execution as per drawings and specifications.

• Read and interpret structural drawings and coordinate with design/QA teams for clarifications.

• Ensure concrete quality (mix, slump, curing) and adherence to levelling/tolerances.

• Manage daily site activities, manpower deployment, and subcontractor coordination.

• Maintain daily progress reports, material reconciliation, and site diaries.

• Enforce safety protocols and housekeeping on site.

• Coordinate with QA/QC for inspections and non-conformance closures.

• Support snag resolution during pre-handover and handover stages.
