Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Management
- Supervise and coordinate lab technicians, scientists, and support staff.
- Develop policies, protocols, and quality control procedures.

- Monitor lab testing procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Maintain compliance with accreditation bodies (e.g., NABL, CAP, CLIA).

- Prepare and manage lab budgets, procurement, and inventory.

Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Medical Laboratory Science, Pathology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years in a laboratory setting, with managerial experience preferred.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in diagnostic testing, quality control, and lab management software.
- Leadership: Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with NABL, CAP, ISO, or other accreditation standards.
- Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate with medical teams, researchers, and administrative staff.
Work Environment
