We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic CA Industrial Trainee to join our [Finance/Tax/Audit] team. The trainee will get hands-on exposure to real-world business and finance functions in a corporate environment, working alongside experienced professionals. This role is ideal for someone looking to broaden their understanding of industry operations and apply their academic knowledge in a practical setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in financial reporting and analysis
• Support monthly/quarterly/yearly closing activities
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and compliance-related tasks
• Perform reconciliations and variance analysis
• Help in preparation of MIS reports for management
• Support in direct and indirect tax computations and filings
• Conduct research and analysis for financial planning and strategic initiatives
• Work on process improvements and automation initiatives
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for various financial requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Pursuing CA, eligible for Industrial Training (Completed 2 years of articleship)
• Strong understanding of accounting, taxation, and financial concepts
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of SAP/Oracle/Tally (preferred but not mandatory)
