Own end-to-end accountability to manage the Regulatory conceptual data models and associated information flow from ANZs core banking systems into Finance Data Hub (RDH) and to various reporting applications.

• Be single point of contact for FSDI stakeholders, technology partners and other finance system personnel to cleanse, transform and conform information into a consistent format for consumption into data warehouse presentation layers.
• Drive the engineering agenda, ensuring delivery of best practice end-to-end engineering respecting ANZ architecture standards. You will challenge inefficient engineering/solution development practice in ANZ and influence change in your field to drive better business outcomes.
• Design DevOps and Agile methodologies; adapt new tools and provide direction on best practices to the wider data engineering team
• Implement smart and relevant engineering/solution development to drive E2E application delivery and support the wider FSDI roadmap supporting data, analytics and automation.

What will you bring

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Experience/exposure with several data processing platforms;7+ years of overall experience, with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Teradata Platforms and Teradata Development.
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, GitHub Actions, Codefresh).
• Solid experience in regulatory reporting data analysis (preferred).
• Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Services, Python, and QLIK is a plus.
• Experience working with Agile teams and continuous integration/delivery practices.
• Strong background in ETL development and automated data pipelines.
• Testing experience, including test management and execution, is an added advantage.
