Job Description

Role Overview:

As a BDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, identifying their needs and setting the stage for our sales team to close deals. You’ll research prospects, generate leads, and conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and social media. Your goal is to build relationships and book qualified meetings for the Account Executive (AE) team.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Lead Generation:

  • Research and identify potential customers within our target market
  • Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and CRM platforms to find and engage leads
  • Develop and test personalized outreach strategies

Outbound Outreach:

  • Conduct cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to engage prospects
  • Nurture relationships with decision-makers and influencers
  • Overcome objections and qualify leads based on their needs and fit

Collaboration with Sales & Marketing:

  • Work closely with Account Executives (AEs) to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads
  • Provide feedback to marketing on campaign effectiveness and messaging
  • Track and report key performance metrics (e.g., calls made, emails sent, meetings booked)

Qualifications & Skills:

🔹 1-3 years of BDR or SDR experience in SaaS or tech sales (preferred)

🔹 Strong communication, persuasion, and active listening skills

🔹 Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Outreach.io

🔹 Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections

🔹 Goal-driven, resilient, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

🔹 Bachelors degree (preferred but not required)
