Job Description

: Business Development Manager


Location: Bengaluru & Chennai


We e seeking a highly motivated and skilled business development manager to join our fast-growing team at Sparkpro Creatives. The ideal candidate (with Advertising industry background) will be responsible for lead generation, driving revenue, and bringing new opportunities for our business growth.


Objectives of this role:

* Identify and evaluate potential sales leads through business networking, events, and online research.

* Communicate effectively to foster relationships with new partners.

* Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

* Build a deep understanding of our services and present them effectively to clients.


Responsibilities:

* Respond promptly to any issues that directly affect sales.

* Directly oversee the growth of assigned markets and clients.

* Represent the company at industry events, meetings and conferences.

* Track and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

* Achieve monthly sales targets with demonstrable key performance indicators (KPIs).

* Present monthly and quarterly sales reports to senior board members and investors.


Targets:


1. Revenue Growth:

- Increase annual revenue by 20-25%

- Achieve quarterly targets (e.g., 3-5 lakhs)


2. Client Acquisition:

- Acquire 3-5 new clients within 6 months

- Maintain client retention rate of 80%


3. Brand Visibility:

- Increase social media followers by 50% in 6 months

- Secure 2-3 media coverage opportunities per quarter


Required skills and qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, sales or a related field.

* 4+ years of experience in sales or business development roles.

* Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.

* Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

* Adept in networking, project management and problem-solving.

* Possess strong creative and strategic thinking skills to develop effective sales strategies through delegation, prioritisation, and execution for business growth.

* Ability to adapt to the companys culture effectively and lead other teams.


Preferred skills and qualifications:

* A masters degree in business administration, marketing, or related fields.

* Experience working in the Advertising company with a deep understanding of industry trends and the competitive landscape.

* Ability to work collaboratively with other teams and good leadership skills to manage, motivate and lead the team to achieve desired outcomes.

* Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools (like Salesforce or Hubspot).
