Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, such as market research, networking, cold calls, and social media.
- Client Outreach: Reach out to potential clients, introduce the companys services/products, and schedule meetings or presentations.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Market Analysis: Research industry trends, competitor activities, and market needs to help shape business development strategies.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and follow-up communication to potential clients.
- Partnership Development: Identify new partnerships and alliances to expand the company’s reach and growth opportunities.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Assist in managing the sales pipeline by tracking opportunities, setting meetings, and following up on leads to ensure a steady flow of prospects.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare reports and provide insights to the Business Development Manager/Director on progress, forecasts, and opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and other internal teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a related field. Previous experience in [industry] is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
