Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency across all tasks.

- Create compelling visual designs for marketing recruitment, branding, and digital assets.

- Design logos, icons, posters, videos and other brand elements that resonate with the target audience.

- Stay updated on design trends and incorporate them into brand materials.

- Review and refine designs based on feedback to ensure alignment with standardized brand goals.

- Maintain a cohesive brand presence in all creative outputs.


Job Requirements:

- Bachelors degree or course in Branding / Marketing design or a related field.

- Fresher to 2 years of experience in the design field.

- Proficiency in designing media with required tools.

- Passion for Marketing/Branding and its best practices.

- Experience in developing and maintaining brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across our target audience.

- Track record of creating, compelling visual designs for branding and elevating with recruitment Branding.

- Skill in designing posters, videos, icons, and other brand elements that resonate with the target audience.

- Dedication to staying updated on design trends and incorporating them into brand materials.

- Commitment to reviewing and refining designs based on feedback to align with brand goals.

- Ability to maintain a cohesive brand presence in all creative outputs.

- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of brand design projects.
