Role & responsibilities
Handle login of files to disbursement.
Verify all documents as per checklist and generate CIBIL report.
Ensure any pending documents to be collected from the customers.
Login the file and initiate Legal & Technical.
Co-ordinate with credit for sanction.
Fix disbursement
Ensure all customer queries to be resolved at any point of time.
Ensure all walk- in customers queries is handled effectively & efficiently.
Preferred candidate profile
Sound understanding of home loan products
Market understanding including products/policies of competitors
Excellent communication skills with a reasonable proficiency in the local language
Proven ability to develop and manage networking/relationship internally and externally
Good negotiation skills
Demonstration of high degree of perseverance and resilience
