Overview

Lead branch operations including business growth, credit disbursement, collections, compliance and team management. Ensure portfolio quality and operational controls.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly disbursement & collection targets for the branch.

• Supervise credit officers / field staff; mentor & train them.

• Ensure loan appraisal quality, KYC, documentation & disbursement workflows.

• Monitor portfolio health (PAR / NPAs) and drive corrective actions.

• Maintain statutory registers and ensure audit readiness.

• Liaise with central operations for MIS, reconciliations, and reporting.

Skills / Requirements

• Prior branch leadership in microfinance / NBFC (deposit/credit) preferred.

• Strong managerial/people skills & familiarity with lending lifecycle.

• Good Excel / MIS handling skills; targets-driven.

• Knowledge of local languages helpful.
