Roles and Responsibilities
• Provide technical support to clients through phone, email, or chat.
• Troubleshoot issues related to software applications, hardware devices, and network connectivity.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer queries and escalated cases.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide effective solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
• 0-5 years of experience in BPO/Non-IT recruitment to IT Field.
• Proficiency in CCNA certification or equivalent networking fundamentals.
• Basic understanding of Java programming language and AWS cloud computing platform.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written) for effective client interaction.
