We are looking for a highly organized and client-focused Client Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day communication with clients, coordinating various tasks across departments, and ensuring that client projects are executed smoothly and efficiently. The Client Coordinator will be the main point of contact for clients and will work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Project Coordination: Work with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, and operations) to ensure timely and effective delivery of services or products to clients.
- Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate meetings, calls, and other client-related events, ensuring schedules align with client needs and project timelines.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project details, and progress updates. Provide regular reports to clients and internal teams on project status.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing proactive solutions to challenges.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and address any issues or concerns that arise, working with the appropriate departments to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Administrative Support: Assist with preparing client proposals, contracts, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Client Feedback: Gather and analyze client feedback to help improve services and identify opportunities for upselling or additional support.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing, and operations) to ensure alignment on client goals and project outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in client services, project coordination, or account management is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude in all client interactions.
