Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
Perform routine and advanced administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and file organization.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments.
2. Data Management:
Oversee and manage databases.
Prepare and maintain reports, records, and documentation as required.
3. Process Improvement:
Implement and monitor back-office processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
4. Communication:
Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate smooth information flow and address any back-office related queries.
5. Customer Support:
Provide support to the customer service team by handling back-office tasks related to customer inquiries and order processing.
Ensure prompt resolution of any issues or discrepancies.
