As an Associate in Strategy Operations, you will drive high-impact projects for the leadership team that shape Sprinto s growth. You will critically analyze business performance, improve internal processes, and drive strategic initiatives across multiple functions. What are the key responsibilities of the role

• Work on cross-functional projects that drive growth, efficiency, and scalability across the company.
• Build and refine financial models, business cases, and data-driven insights to support decision-making.
• Dive deep into business challenges, break down problems, and find structured solutions.
• Optimize internal processes to improve execution speed and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with teams across marketing, sales, product, and finance to drive key initiatives.
• Assist in strategic planning, goal setting, and performance tracking across functions.

What are the key requirements of the role

• 2-4 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth startup (Founder s Office, BizOps, etc.).
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with hands-on experience in financial modeling, data analysis, and problem-solving.
• Ability to think through problems from first principles and develop logical, actionable solutions.
• A quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A self-starter who takes ownership and can drive projects independently.
• An understanding of SaaS metrics and business models is desirable but not required.
