Job Description

Role & responsibilities


1. 100% compliance on submission of data to NABH as per specified frequency.

2. Adherence to terms & conditions of NABH accreditation so that the unit has continued accreditation.

3. Submission of quarterly data as per timelines on NABH portal.

4. Renewal of accreditation should happen before expiry of existing accreditation.

5. Submission of proper RCA & CAPA of all deficiencies of external audit within the timelines as communicated by the external authority. (complete within 60 days of the audit).

6. Coordination with Unit head & Operations manager for QIP which can have direct financial impact.

7. Timely updation of validated quality indicators data in Q-Mapan by 3rd of every month.

8. Completion and updating of all documentation as per current and latest guidelines by December 2024.

9. 100% Compliance to Documentation tracker.

10. Adhere to the Committee and Mock drill calendar by facilitating and obtaining new licenses/ timely renewal of existing licenses (as applicable).

11. To ensure Narcotics, MTP, PNDT and other statutory audits conducted are as per schedule.

12. Ensure timely updation of complies and the unit tasks are maintained at zero.


Preferred candidate profile


1. Should have done Post Graduate with MBA in Healthcare Management.

2. Should have minimum of 2 years in Quality with Hospital which is NABH Accredited.
