Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform routine testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
Record test results and notify team members of any deviations from expected values.
Help investigate and resolve issues during testing or production.
Document all testing and inspection activities according to standard procedures.
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment as needed.
Follow safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Assist in developing and validating new testing methods.
Support investigations of out-of-specification results or customer complaints.
Participate in quality audits and help implement corrective actions.
Look for ways to improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Key Requirements & Skills:
Bachelors degree in civil engineering.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with MS Advanced Excel and MS PowerPoint.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
Basic understanding of laboratory practices and procedures is a plus, but not required.
Expereince with Cabinets, wardrobe, etc would be a major plus point.
