We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Associate for our Corporate Development team. The ideal candidate will support strategic growth initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), partnerships, and investments. As an Associate, you will play a key role in conducting financial analysis, market research, and due diligence while helping to execute the company’s long-term strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• M&A Strategy: Assist in identifying, evaluating, and executing mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships to drive company growth.
• Market Research: Conduct industry research and competitive analysis to identify trends, market opportunities, and threats.
• Financial Analysis: Build and manage financial models to assess the potential value and financial impact of strategic initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and investments.
• Due Diligence: Support the due diligence process by collecting, organizing, and analyzing financial, operational, and legal data related to potential transactions.
• Presentations & Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Deal Structuring: Assist in structuring deals, negotiating terms, and working closely with internal teams and external advisors to finalize agreements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams from finance, legal, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment and successful execution of corporate development initiatives.
• Post-Merger Integration: Assist in the integration process for newly acquired businesses, ensuring smooth transition and value realization.
• Strategic Planning: Contribute to the long-term corporate strategy and help identify key initiatives that align with the companys goals and vision.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA or other advanced degree is a plus).
• Experience: [X] years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, management consulting, or a related field.
• Financial Skills:
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and financial analysis.
• Familiarity with corporate finance concepts such as discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, and LBO models.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data, identify key trends, and derive actionable insights.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively to senior management.
• Project Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
• Team Player: Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, or corporate strategy roles.
• Knowledge of industry-specific dynamics and trends.
• Advanced skills in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet, etc.).
• Familiarity with legal and regulatory considerations in M&A transactions.
