Job Description
  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients for hospital services (including OPD, IPD, health check-ups, wellness programs, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate HR/administration teams, insurance partners, and TPAs
  • Generate leads and convert them into long-term partnerships
  • Organize and execute health camps, wellness talks, and on-site screening programs at corporate locations
  • Negotiate corporate rates for healthcare packages and drive empanelment agreements
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Operations, Marketing, Finance) to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets through corporate client acquisition and retention
  • Provide timely sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback to senior management
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations
