Role & responsibilities
The employee will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and regulatory compliance of the organization. The key responsibilities include:
RBI Compliance :
Ensure strict adherence to all RBI regulations and guidelines applicable to NBFCs.
Monitor changes in RBI policies and update internal procedures accordingly
Prepare and submit required reports to RBI in a timely and accurate manner
MIS Reporting :
Oversee the creation, maintenance, and timely submission of comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) reports.
Analyze financial data to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that MIS reports meet their requirements.
Financial Analysis
Assist in conducting in-depth financial analysis to assess the company's financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and projections.
Provide recommendations for improvements and cost optimization.
Budgeting and Forecasting
Assist in the preparation of the annual budget, forecasts, and financial plans.
Monitor budget vs. actuals and provide variance analysis.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and assist in cost control initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills :
Fresher or minimum of 4-5 yrs of relevant finance experience in the financial services industry.
In-depth knowledge of RBI regulations, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
