Role Objective
To lead and manage the Human Resources and Industrial Relations (IR) function at the Hansalpur Plant, ensuring smooth workforce management, compliance with all labour laws, employee engagement, and harmonious relations with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
1. Workforce & Talent Management
• Lead manpower planning, recruitment, and deployment for plant operations.
• Coordinate with line managers and external vendors for skilled/unskilled hiring.
• Maintain updated manpower dashboards and attrition reports.
2. Contract Labour Management
• Oversee all Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act compliances.
• Manage attendance, overtime, and wage disbursement of contract staff.
• Liaise with contractors/vendors for documentation, compliance, and audits.
• Conduct regular welfare and safety checks for contract workforce.
3. Industrial Relations (IR)
• Maintain positive relations with workforce and union representatives.
• Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and domestic enquiries.
• Participate in collective bargaining discussions as required.
• Ensure zero disruption in production due to IR issues.
4. Statutory Compliance
• Ensure 100% compliance under Factory Act, CLRA, PF, ESIC, Minimum Wages, etc.
• Handle labour inspections and audit preparedness.
• Maintain statutory registers, records, and reports.
5. HR Operations & Analytics
• Oversee attendance, payroll inputs, and employee database.
• Manage MIS reporting, HR dashboards, and KPI tracking.
• Support HR digitalization initiatives.
6. Employee Engagement & Welfare
• Drive health, safety, and welfare programs at the plant.
• Conduct T&D and engagement initiatives for both staff and contract workforce.
• Implement retention and motivation programs aligned with JBM culture.

Requirements
• Qualification: MBA/MSW in HR or equivalent
• Experience: 7–10 years in Plant HR, IR, and Contract Labour Management
• Skills Required:
• In-depth knowledge of labour laws and IR practices
• Proven experience in managing large blue-collar workforce
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS tools, and statutory portals
