Job description
Develop AI Models:

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for various applications such as classification, regression, and recommendation systems.
Data Analysis:

Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and features for model training.
Algorithm Development:

Implement and fine-tune algorithms for tasks like natural language processing, computer vision, or predictive analytics.
Research and Innovation:

Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and incorporate new techniques into existing systems.
Testing and Validation:

Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.
Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to integrate AI solutions into products.
Documentation:

Document the development process, algorithms, and methodologies for transparency and future reference.
Troubleshooting:

Identify and resolve issues related to AI systems and models, and provide support for ongoing projects.
Client Interaction:

Assist in client meetings to understand requirements, present solutions, and provide technical support as needed.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
Skills and Experience:

0-10 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and tools (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
Soft Skills:

Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certifications (Optional):
