We are looking for a skilled Architect to design and oversee the development of high-quality solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining system structures, ensuring scalability, performance, and security while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a deep understanding of technology, business requirements, and industry best practices to create solutions that drive innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution & System Design:

• Develop high-level architecture and system designs based on business requirements.
• Define technical standards, frameworks, and best practices for system implementation.
• Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of designed solutions.

2. Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with business analysts, developers, project managers, and clients to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Communicate architectural decisions and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and implementation teams.

3. Technology Strategy & Innovation:

• Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools to drive innovation.
• Define the technology roadmap in alignment with business goals.
• Ensure architectural decisions comply with industry regulations, compliance, and security standards.

4. Governance & Documentation:

• Create and maintain architecture blueprints, diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Establish and enforce governance models for technology adoption.
• Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and audits to ensure quality standards.

5. Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting:

• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in existing systems and recommend improvements.
• Support teams in troubleshooting critical technical issues.
• Implement best practices for performance tuning, security, and cost optimization.

Required Skills & Experience:

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in system architecture, microservices, APIs, cloud computing, and enterprise solutions.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, data modeling, and system integration.
• Hands-on experience with programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript).
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of security best practices, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to interact with stakeholders.
• Leadership skills to mentor teams and drive technical excellence.

General Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software or solution architecture.
• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing complex, scalable solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Certifications: AWS/Azure/GCP Architect, TOGAF, or other relevant industry certifications.
• Experience with Big Data, AI/ML, IoT, or Blockchain technologies.
• Hands-on expertise in enterprise applications like ERP, CRM, or SaaS platforms.
