Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in any field


Stipend Pay: Rs 12000- 15000 per month


Essential Skills:
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage activities efficiently and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven ability to coordinate effectively with vendors, marketing teams, and customers


Job Responsibilities:


• New Material Inward Process:
1. Unload materials according to the SIFI Invoice
2. Verify the quantity of materials against the SIFI Invoice
3. Record Goods Receipt Note (GRN) in SAP
4. Ensure materials are released from Quality Assurance (QA)
5. Upload and scan material quantities in Ecubix
6. Map new Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) in Ecubix
7. Update product information including case, weight, and volume
8. Map new customers in Ecubix


• Third Party Order Dispatch Process:


1. Execute third-party orders
2. Physically verify dispatch quantities
3. Upload and scan dispatch invoices in Ecubix
4. Dispatch demo lenses to the field.

• Third Party Material Return Process:
1. Record returned third-party material quantities
2. Verify the quantities of returned materials
3. Validate the actual returned materials
4. Prepare and scan credit notes in Ecubix
5. Process the return of materials from third parties
6. Prepare credit note invoices
• Expired Material Debit Process:
1. Write off expired material transactions in SAP
2. Record the quantity of expired materials in SAP
3. Scan and debit expired materials in Ecubix
4. Apply stickers to expired materials to convert them into demo lenses


General:
1. Conduct stock taking every two months
