Job Description

The Analyst profile at TresVista encompasses a two-year program, in which you will be responsible for supporting initiatives by leveraging the knowledge and skills acquired through a comprehensive training program. Analysts partner with Senior Analysts and Associates to dedicate themselves to executing projects that support business, which provides a rich learning experience. You can work across diverse projects and get opportunities to network and seek mentorship from senior leaders across the firm.

Roles and Responsibilities

Understanding the company requirements, assisting in creating a recruitment plan and preparing branding and hiring strategies for target campuses
Partnering with business and closing requirements within agreed timelines
Driving end to end recruitment processes, developing and maintaining professional contacts with interviewers, campus coordinators, and student POCs
Managing core responsibilities such as reviewing and updating job descriptions, sourcing a pipeline of candidates through job portals and social media, reviewing and shortlisting applications, assigning, and managing tests, coordinating interviews, and coordinating with Offers team
Reporting using tools such as Microsoft office suite, ATS, maintaining a recruitment tracker and creating dashboards for business stakeholders
Deploying HR Analytics to gather insights into talent decisions such as understanding best hiring sources and success ratios etc.
