• Transaction Processing & Data Management: Handle various HR transactions such as new hires, terminations, job changes, and personal data updates, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in systems like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and company policies to ensure compliance. Prepare and manage employee documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and separation agreements.
• Reporting & Analytics: Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to identify trends, monitor KPIs, and support decision-making processes.
