As an Analyst you will work closely with Product owner of IAM Privileged User Compliance Monitoring Squad in managing ANZs Identity and Access Management (IAM) team in Bangalore in accordance with ANZ Group policy and the external regulatory environment. Also role has accountability of services provided by the team to internal customers by ensuring all necessary actions are conducted in accordance with ANZs policy and procedure within agreed Service Level Arrangements.

What will you bring
The must have knowledge, skill and experience (KSE) the role requires are:
- Ability to work with Active Directory via PowerShell to analyse the user data and groups management related queries.
- Knowledge of PL/SQL to extract data from DB.
- Ability to analyse the data via Python Script, metrics and analytics generation,
- Ability not only adapt to quickly changing trends of policies / standards but also the ability to gather, interprets and use data to develop actionable steps through active feedback and recommendations.
- Demonstrated innovation in approach to problem solving and collecting and analysing data to provide valuable insights.
- Good understanding of the data analytics to derive metrics and Risk management.
- Excellent written verbal communication skills to work with Leadership at domain level.
The good to have knowledge, skill and experience (KSE) the role requires are:
- Basic knowledge of AWS / GCP Cloud IAM Policy Definition.
- Ability to analyse the data via R / PowerBI Script/python, metrics and analytics generation,
- Basic knowledge of Splunk SPL Query builder and analyse data from Splunk
