Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Marketing to support the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing strategies. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to implement campaigns, manage brand communications, analyze performance, and drive customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams for creative development, content, and promotions.
  • Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
  • Manage social media, email marketing, and website content updates in collaboration with digital teams.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, CRM, and reporting dashboards.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and budget summaries for senior management.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints and communications.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and brand management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with attention to detail and timelines.
  • Team player with a proactive and creative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with performance marketing, SEO/SEM, or content strategy.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
