JOB DESCRIPTION/ JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Installation, configuration and Managing of Microsoft license

Inventory management for hardware and softwares

Working with customers to identify problems in software and advising the solutions

Diagnosing software faults and solving technical problems.

Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers;

guiding client through corrective steps

Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software

Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products

The person would be responsible for managing the sourcing for various profiles till on- boarding of the candidates

Preparing courier & attendance trackers and dashboards on weekly/ daily basis.
