We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Vasanth Co . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial accounts, ensuring accuracy in transactions, and optimizing business operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and leadership skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations.
• Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and documentation.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and receivable.
• Maintain compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors for financial audits.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Handle tax calculations, filing, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in financial decision-making by providing strategic recommendations.

Skills Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with high levels of accuracy.
