AC Technician

Qualification: ITI Refrigeration & Air Conditioner
Must have 0-3 years’ experience in HVAC & Electrical and basic knowledge of computers.
1. Operation & Maintenance of the Air Handling Unit.
2. Operation & Maintenance of Cassette AC, Split Unit, FCU & VRV and coordinate with the vendor for all AC related works.
3. Individual Troubleshooting skills required
4. All Service/Breakdown reports will be captured in Mainwiz.
5. Carrying out the Preventive maintenance as per PM schedule
6. Stock to be updated in the stock register on a daily basis.
7. Knowledge of AHU control wiring and circuits.
8. Operation & Maintenance of Electrical Panels
9. DGs Operation and Maintenance
10. UPSs Operation and Maintenance
11. All Internal electrification maintenance and Lifts Operation and maintenance.
12. Coordinating with Internal team for other works
